About Me.

I work at the intersection of material research, textile systems, and industrial design, with experience spanning commercial product development and experimental biomaterials research.

My background includes performance-focused product development roles in industry (ASICS, Nike), alongside academic and independent research exploring how materials behave over time and under use. Currently, as a grant-funded researcher, I investigate the structural integrity and lifecycle of textile substrates, including knitted and 3D-printed structures. This research is hands-on and experimental, involving custom testing protocols and microscopy to better understand material transformation, failure, and durability.

Across projects, I’m interested in moving beyond surface-level material selection toward deeper insight into how materials perform within real systems. I’m drawn to roles in material innovation, soft goods R&D, and performance-driven product development where research, testing, and design inform one another.
